Deliveries & Returns

We currently only deliver within the UK mainland. All deliveries and returns are free.

Deliveries

BED LINEN (DUVET COVERS, SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES)

Our delivery partner is DPD who will aim to deliver your bed linen normally within 3-4 working days of your order being received. Some smaller sized parcels may be delivered by Royal Mail.

To make receiving your bed linen as simple as possible, DPD will either send you a text or email the day before delivery, with options to re-arrange or leave delivery instructions if it’s more convenient. On the day of delivery you will also receive a one-hour time slot.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS

Our duvets and pillows are made-to-order just for you. They will be dispatched direct from our manufacturer and delivered to you by our delivery partner DPD, normally within two weeks of your order being received.

To make receiving your order as simple as possible, DPD will either send you a text or email the day before delivery, with options to re-arrange or leave delivery instructions if it’s more convenient. On the day of delivery you will also receive a one-hour time slot.

You may receive two separate deliveries if you have ordered from the two options above.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@fridahomelondon.com so that we can try and make it right. 

BED LINEN (DUVET COVERS, SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES)

If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your bed linen (duvet cover sets, sheets or pillowcases), we will gladly take it back within the returns period of 30 days for a full refund. Items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like something different you will need to place a new order and send the original items back for a refund. All returns are free of charge. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

To start the return or exchange process, please drop us an email to hello@fridahomelondon.com, quoting your order number. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid label that you can use to send your order back to us. Please ensure your order is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the returns label.

Once the return has been received, checked and approved by our team we will send you a confirmation to the email address provided. We will issue a refund to your original payment method as quickly as we can, normally within 5 working days. Items returned to us without following this process will not be accepted.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS

We are unable to accept returns on duvets and pillows which have been made-to-order  just for you, unless faulty or wrong item received. This does not affect your other legal rights.
